This South Kensington renovation and refurbishment is a signature design that provides both beauty and comfort.
Drawing from extensive heritage knowledge, Arya Douge have designed a bespoke timber pod “insertion” within the shell of the original Grade II listed building to create a new bedroom and bathroom space for their clients.
Free-standing modern elements create a dramatic contrast between old and new. Featuring a superb Breccia marble kitchen, meticulous detailing has been employed throughout, with natural materials such as oak flooring, veneered joinery, bronze metalwork and honed limestone selected to complement the original Victorian character.
Arya Douge completed the extensive renovation of this Grade II property in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea in 2024.
