Arya Douge have been engaged for the restoration and extension of this prestigious family home on Kensington Park Road, the formerly named Kensington Park Terrace it was built in 1851 by developer Thomas Pocock.

Notting Hill House had not been given post-war extensions unlike its neighbours, and this has provided Arya Douge a wonderful opportunity to extend and optimize the renovation. The designs include an extension to the closet wing and a ground floor extension, all of which are set back from the street, invisible to the public, ensuring that the impression of the original terrace is carefully maintained.

An open-plan kitchen and dining, featuring Breccia marble and bespoke cabinetry in dark woods, is at one with the private garden outlook. Elegant, glass doors maximise the flow of natural light throughout the home and a carefully, rejuvenated façade heightens the welcoming street entrance. This renovation optimizes space and luxury carefully within the confinements of this prestigious, heritage property.
